Overview
FlightDeptPro provides operational management software for flight departments. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
What We Collect
We collect account information such as your name and email address, along with the flight-department operational data you choose to enter into the service. That may include aircraft, trips, crew, passengers, maintenance records, financial information, documents, and files you upload.
We also collect basic usage and log data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and support the service for your account. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Hosting and Sub-Processors
FlightDeptPro stores application data in Supabase, using PostgreSQL hosted in the United States, with row-level security and encryption in transit and at rest. The application is hosted on Vercel, and transactional email is sent through Resend.
Optional AI features may process relevant account data through Google's Gemini API when those features are used.
Security
We use row-level account isolation, encrypted storage, access controls, encryption in transit, and off-site encrypted backups to help protect customer data.
Data Retention and Your Choices
Users can edit or delete data they enter into FlightDeptPro. You may request account deletion by contacting ops@flightdeptpro.com. We may retain limited records where needed for security, legal compliance, backup recovery, or legitimate business operations.
Cookies
FlightDeptPro uses cookies only as needed for authentication and session management.
Children
The service is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes and Effective Date
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. This policy is effective as of June 2026.
