Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlightDeptPro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Service Description

FlightDeptPro is operational management software for Part 91 flight departments. The service helps organize workflows, records, schedules, documents, expenses, maintenance information, and related operational data.

Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use FlightDeptPro in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Operational Disclaimer

FlightDeptPro is an operational decision-support tool; it does not provide regulatory, legal, tax, or airworthiness determinations and does not exercise operational control under 14 CFR 1.1. All compliance, airworthiness, and go/no-go decisions remain the responsibility of the operator and pilot in command.

Your Data

Your data is yours. For the data you enter into FlightDeptPro, we act as a processor and use that data to provide, secure, and support the service for your account.

Service Provided As Is

FlightDeptPro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlightDeptPro and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlightDeptPro from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your data, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, create security or operational risk, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law and Legal Entity

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

FlightDeptPro is operated by Flightline Solutions LLC (d/b/a FlightDeptPro).
